Reflex Dot é um jogo desenvolvido e mantido pela
BIT COMPOR TECNOLOGIA LTDA, CNPJ 60.579.580/0001-45. Nestes
termos, “nós” é ela e “você” é quem instala e joga.
Ao instalar ou jogar Reflex Dot, você concorda com estes termos e com a
política de privacidade. Se não concordar, não use o
jogo; caso já o tenha instalado, desinstale-o.
Você precisa ter 13 anos ou mais para jogar. Abaixo dessa idade, é
preciso que um responsável autorize e acompanhe o uso.
Concedemos a você uma licença pessoal, gratuita, não exclusiva e intransferível para
instalar e jogar Reflex Dot nos aparelhos que você usa. Ela vale enquanto estes termos
valerem.
O que a licença não cobre: revender ou distribuir o jogo, cobrar de terceiros por ele,
modificar o aplicativo, extrair partes dele para outro produto, ou usar engenharia
reversa fora do que a lei permitir.
O jogo sorteia um apelido para você na primeira partida, e você pode trocá-lo quando
quiser. Cada apelido é único: se o que você quer já estiver em uso, escolha outro.
Um apelido não pode:
ofender, discriminar ou incitar violência;
se passar por outra pessoa, marca ou pela equipe do jogo;
expor dado pessoal de alguém, inclusive o seu;
ser propaganda.
Podemos trocar ou remover um apelido que descumpra essas regras, com aviso prévio quando
possível.
O ranking só faz sentido se as pontuações forem legítimas. Nosso servidor verifica cada
partida enviada e recusa as que a física do jogo não permite.
Não é permitido alterar o aplicativo, interceptar ou forjar as mensagens enviadas ao
servidor, automatizar as jogadas ou usar qualquer artifício para inflar pontuação.
Pontuações obtidas assim são removidas, e o registro pode ser excluído do ranking em
definitivo.
As gemas que você junta jogando, e as bolinhas e temas que elas destravam, existem
apenas dentro do jogo. Não são dinheiro, não têm valor monetário, não
podem ser vendidas, trocadas ou transferidas para outra conta, e não são reembolsáveis.
Podemos ajustar preços, ganhos e a lista de itens conforme o equilíbrio do jogo exigir.
Se um item que você já destravou for retirado, ele continua seu.
Atualmente não há nenhuma compra dentro do Reflex Dot: tudo se conquista jogando. Caso
isso mude, estes termos serão atualizados antes.
O nome Reflex Dot, o logotipo, a arte, os sons, os textos e o código do jogo pertencem à
Bit Compor, com uma exceção: a música tema é Virtual Rush, de Vitalezzz, usada sob
licença, e os direitos dela seguem sendo do autor. Jogar não transfere nada disso para
você.
Gravar, transmitir e publicar partidas, incluindo vídeos monetizados, é permitido. Para
usar a marca em produto próprio ou em material comercial, peça nossa autorização antes.
O jogo é oferecido como está. Não garantimos que ficará sempre disponível, livre de
falhas ou compatível com todo aparelho, e podemos alterá-lo ou descontinuá-lo.
O ranking depende de rede e de serviço de terceiros: uma partida pode não ser registrada
se a conexão cair. Trabalhamos para que isso seja raro, mas não podemos garantir que não
ocorra.
No limite do que a lei brasileira permite, não respondemos por perda de progresso, de
gemas ou de posição no ranking. Isso não afeta os seus direitos como consumidor.
Este acordo é entre você e a Bit Compor. A Apple e o Google distribuem o aplicativo, mas
não são parte destes termos e não respondem pelo jogo nem por suporte. Quando as regras
da loja onde você baixou o app exigirem algo diferente do que está aqui, vale o que a
loja exige.
Podemos atualizar estes termos; a data no topo muda junto e mudanças relevantes são
anunciadas dentro do jogo. Continuar jogando depois disso significa aceitar a nova
versão.
Aplica-se a lei brasileira, com foro na comarca do domicílio do consumidor. Dúvidas:

Reflex Dot is built and maintained by BIT COMPOR TECNOLOGIA LTDA,
registration (CNPJ) 60.579.580/0001-45. In these terms, “we” means that company and
“you” means whoever installs and plays.
By installing or playing Reflex Dot you agree to these terms and to the
privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use
the game; if you have already installed it, uninstall it.
You must be 13 or older to play. Below that age, a parent or guardian
must authorise and supervise the use.
We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and
play Reflex Dot on the devices you use. It lasts as long as these terms do.
What the licence does not cover: reselling or distributing the game, charging others for
it, modifying the app, extracting parts of it for another product, or reverse
engineering beyond what the law allows.
The game generates a nickname for you on your first run, and you can change it whenever
you like. Nicknames are unique: if the one you want is already in use, choose another.
A nickname may not:
offend, discriminate or incite violence;
impersonate another person, a brand, or the game's team;
expose anyone's personal details, including your own;
be advertising.
We may change or remove a nickname that breaches these rules, with prior notice where
possible.
A leaderboard is only meaningful if the scores are legitimate. Our server verifies every
run submitted and rejects the ones the game's physics does not allow.
You may not modify the app, intercept or forge the messages sent to the server,
automate play, or use any means to inflate a score. Scores obtained that way are
removed, and the record may be permanently excluded from the leaderboard.
The gems you collect by playing, and the balls and themes they unlock, exist only inside
the game. They are not money, they have no monetary value, they cannot
be sold, traded or transferred to another account, and they are not refundable.
We may adjust prices, earn rates and the item list as game balance requires. If an item
you have already unlocked is retired, it stays yours.
There is currently no purchase of any kind inside Reflex Dot: everything is earned by
playing. Should that change, these terms will be updated beforehand.
The Reflex Dot name, logo, artwork, sounds, text and code belong to Bit Compor, with one
exception: the theme music is Virtual Rush, by Vitalezzz, used under licence, and its
rights remain the author's. Playing transfers none of it to you.
Recording, streaming and publishing your runs, monetised videos included, is permitted.
To use the brand in your own product or in commercial material, request our
authorisation beforehand.
The game is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will always be available, free of
faults or compatible with every device, and we may change or discontinue it.
The leaderboard depends on a network and on a third-party service: a run may fail to be
recorded if the connection drops. We work to keep that rare, but we cannot guarantee it
will not happen.
To the extent Brazilian law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, lost gems or
lost leaderboard position. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
This agreement is between you and Bit Compor. Apple and Google distribute the app but
are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the game or its support.
Where the rules of the store you downloaded from require something different from what
is written here, the store's rules prevail.
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes with them and material changes
are announced inside the game. Continuing to play afterwards means accepting the new
version.
Brazilian law applies, with jurisdiction in the consumer's place of residence.
